For Series 3 of the NTU Alumni Alliance (Entrepreneurship) Forum & Networking Dinner, industry practitioners trace the journey from ideas to impact through the lens of energy and sustainability. The panel — "From Vision to Impact: Conversations on Energy and Sustainability" — is moderated by Hendri Zhang and features Mr Tan Ching Hwee (PC Dreams Group; myhalo) and Ms Zeng Shu Fei (KH Marque). The evening continues with dinner and networking, a chance to connect with fellow NTU alumni and entrepreneurs. Mr Tan Ching Hwee
Founder & Managing Director, PC Dreams Group; Founder, myhalo
Mr Tan Ching Hwee is a tech entrepreneur and circular economy pioneer with 19 years of expertise in IT, sustainability tech, and workflow automation. An Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduate from NTU (EEE/2004), he is the founder of PC Dreams Group and myhalo, where he leads initiatives dedicated to creating a "Zero e-Waste World" through sustainable tech models. In 2015, he engineered Singapore's first in-house UI/UX automated trade-in quotation engine, a proprietary architecture that powered valuation workflows for global brands including Apple and Samsung. A recognised leader in Singapore's business and ESG landscape, he serves as Sustainability Chair and Council Member for the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (ASME). He was named Winner of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award (EYA) 2022 and served as EYA Co-Chairman from 2023 to 2025. A judge for the RWS-HC Sustainability Award 2026, he actively mentors startups and contributes to Singapore's higher education ecosystem across NUS, NTU, and SMU, focusing on circular tech, digitalisation, and pragmatic AI adoption.
Ms Zeng Shu Fei
Founder & CEO, KH Marque
Ms Zeng Shu Fei is the Founder and CEO of KH Marque, a Singapore-based company transforming used cooking oil into traceable, low-carbon biofuel feedstock. With more than two decades of experience in global commodity trading at Vitol and Glencore, she brings deep industry expertise and commercial insight to the renewable energy space. Under her leadership, KH Marque has grown into Southeast Asia's largest used cooking oil collector, operating across 11 countries and supporting the supply chain for sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel, and other biofuel applications. The company's work has earned recognition including the 2026 Global Recognition Award and the Chief Trailblazer of the Year title at the 2025 Platts Global Energy Awards. Her journey reflects the powerful link between vision and execution, showing how innovation, traceability, and sustainability can create measurable impact at scale.
